Elegant enough for the office, supportive enough for all-day wear — Striva Orthopedic Shoes solve the problem that most dress shoes never could: looking professional while actually protecting the feet that carry you.

97%Said Foot and Ankle Pain Reduced Noticeably Within the First 7 Days
96%Said They Were Comfortable Enough for a Full Workday Without Removing
94%Said They Replaced Their Previous Smart Shoes Permanently
  • Podiatrist-approved footbed — the contoured orthopedic insole is designed with a deep heel cup, medial arch support and metatarsal pad; the three-point contact system distributes body weight evenly without concentrated pressure at heel or ball
  • Smart leather-look upper — the premium upper material looks and moves like genuine leather while resisting scuffs, moisture and cracking; appropriate for client meetings, office environments and formal occasions
  • Shock-absorbing EVA midsole — the multi-density EVA midsole absorbs impact at heel strike and transitions smoothly through the gait cycle; reduces cumulative shock to knees, hips and lower back during extended walking on hard floors
  • Wide toe box in smart profile — most smart shoes narrow aggressively at the toe, compressing the forefoot and causing bunion pain; the Striva toe box is wide and accommodating without the appearance of a wide-fit shoe
  • Cushioned collar and tongue — the ankle collar and tongue are padded to prevent the rubbing and heel blistering that plagues conventional dress shoes, particularly during break-in; comfortable from the first wear
  • Non-slip office-appropriate outsole — the rubber outsole grips on tiles, polished concrete and office floors without the heavy tread that looks inappropriate in a professional environment; quiet, grippy and presentable
  • Breathable interior lining — the moisture-wicking interior lining keeps the foot dry and fresh through extended office wear; eliminates the odour and discomfort associated with non-breathable dress shoe linings worn for 8+ hours
Are these smart enough for formal occasions?

Yes. The leather-look upper, clean profile and smart outsole make Striva appropriate for client-facing work, presentations, formal dinners and most professional occasions. They read as a premium smart shoe. The wide toe box is integrated into the design so it is not visible as a medical or comfort modification. Many customers report wearing them to job interviews, court appearances and formal events.

How are they different from other smart shoes with arch support?

Most dress shoes marketed as 'comfortable' add a modest insole to an otherwise standard construction. The Striva is built with an orthopedic footbed, shock-absorbing EVA midsole and wide toe box as core design elements — not additions. The three-point contact footbed and heel cup are the same design features used in specialist orthopedic footwear, integrated into a shoe that looks like a standard smart shoe.

Can I use my own orthotics?

Yes. The insole is removable, allowing custom prescription orthotics to be placed in the shoe. The construction depth accommodates most standard orthotic thicknesses. The wide toe box and stable heel cup work alongside custom orthotics rather than conflicting with them. Many podiatrists recommend the Striva as a suitable host shoe for custom orthotic use in a smart shoe context.

Do they require a break-in period?

No significant break-in is required. The padded collar, cushioned tongue and breathable lining mean the shoe is comfortable from the first wear without the heel blistering or ankle rubbing that requires days of uncomfortable break-in with conventional dress shoes. The memory foam component in the insole adapts to the individual foot shape within 1–2 days of wear. 96% of customers confirmed all-day comfort from the first week.

What widths are available?

The Striva is available in standard and wide-fit options. The standard fit already runs wider than most dress shoes due to the wide toe box design. If you have an E or EE foot width, the wide-fit option is recommended. If you have previously found smart shoes narrow and uncomfortable in the forefoot, the standard Striva fit will likely accommodate you without needing the wide-fit variant.
